DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM (CDC-RECOGNIZED)
The Charmony Foundation Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a CDC-recognized, evidence-based lifestyle change program designed to help individuals reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes through structured education, coaching, physical activity support, and behavior change strategies.
The Need
Millions of individuals are at risk for Type 2 diabetes, yet many lack access to structured, supportive prevention programs that help them make sustainable lifestyle changes. Early intervention can significantly reduce diabetes risk and improve long-term health outcomes.
Our Approach
Charmony Foundation delivers a structured, year-long lifestyle change program that combines health education, coaching, physical activity support, and peer engagement to help participants achieve lasting results.
