Charmony Foundation Inc. is a Nonprofit organization with a focus on community and global health initiatives.  We work to improve the lives of Individuals in California.  Our focus is on Geriatric population, veterans and low income communities. We provide services such as Mental Health, Population health, Preventive Care, Food Security, Reproductive Health.  We hope to create chronic disease awareness and education programs, Sponsorship of community organizations and events, transportation programs, housing and mobile and office health screenings.
